Halkin Finance (HF) was approached by an established developer to assist with the complete structuring of its urban residential scheme in west London. The development consists of two 5 floor towers, one block containing 17 apartments for social housing and the other of 37 luxury apartments, with total GDV of £24.8M.
HF was engaged at a very early stage when the developer was looking to purchase the site with planning. We were able to deliver a mezzanine facility for £1.5M from a private client within a month of being engaged.
