Halkin Finance (HF) was able to help its client with their growth expansion during the tough Covid 19 environment.

With our flexible and out of the box approach, we were able to organise a 6-month bridging facility through a private client for £1.5M, this enabled the developer to purchase the site in Dulwich, London for a 22-apartment block project with planning.
HF is currently in negotiations to replace the short-term bridging facility with an 18-month mezzanine loan.
Location being such a key in attracting lenders, we were able to provide a complete structured solution through our network of private clients and specialised lenders.
Work is due to begin on the project in Early 2022.
